I needed a quick turn around on a small quantity promo order for a client. This was the perfect answer. Zazzle's site made it simple to configure the mug with my client's logo and personalize each as well. Mugs arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted. The glaze on the mugs made them look pristine and the graphics were crisp. Upon opening the box, I was even more impressed as Zazzle packaged these ceramic mugs in such a way that they would ship safely without breakage. (I have had quite the opposite experience with other vendors who charged additional fees for packaging that was not adequate.). Printing on mugs was crisp, No PMS matching but there were enough color choices to come close to client's color requirement.

I ordered some mugs for my husbands groomsmen. I ended up ordering two different orders because I needed more. The delivery was timely, even for Alaska, and the mugs were nice. But the 2nd order the mug had small black specks all over the picture like ink had been splattered in it during or after printing. While not a huge deal it’s distracting from the picture and overall quality. I would still purchase again. But would return if happened again.
