Tote looked perfect. Correct size and quality of canvas was not cheap and thin like others. Printing was perfect. The ink color matched exactly.

Got this bag as a sample of wedding welcome bags for my fiance, now husband. We went with another style but this bag seriously is strong and durable. I now use it as my work bag for my 2 laptops, binder, chargers, and glasses. big bag and very strong. little fuzzy but overall not bad.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
