In around 1525, Joos van Cleve created this version of the Annunciation. This is a very detailed work and my favorite of the Annunciation paintings. Look closely and you can see the dove in the room. A dove is known to symbolize several, different, positive things. One of them is the Holy Spirit. Buy as is or add text. Public domain work. Enhanced by Sharon Lee Hudson.
