The Traveller (The Bridesmaid) (c. 1884) by James Tissot is a vintage Victorian Era realism fine art portrait painting. An elegant lady is being helped into a horse drawn coach parked on the street in the city. The beautiful woman is wearing a frilly blue dress and a gentleman is holding an umbrella for her while he gets the door for her in the rain. About the artist: James Jacques Joseph Tissot (1836-1902) was a realist painter and had a reputation of painting elegantly dressed women of fashion shown in scenes of fashionable life.

Customized this mug as part of a bridal party proposal, for my maid of honor. This mug made the gift much more personal. Mug is great quality, the font and script looks very clean and neat. Would recommend this for any occasion- a holiday, birthday, maid of honor gift, or just because. Colors and quality were exactly as pictured online- very clean lines and printed right on the mug rather than vinyl print which can come off.
