The Groom Personalized Modern Bachelor Party Pint Glass

My glasses arrived today and one was broke. Now I have to jump through hoops to get a replacement glass. I just want to talk to someone to get his right . Not have to do this through email. Not a happy bride to be. .

I ordered 8 of these and clearly one was not looked at before sending out. My bridesmaids name was cut off as well as the date and title of bridesmaid. .

Did not receive the package it says was delivered. Contacted them immediately to find out what happened. They rush shipped another set because it never showed up. The second delivery was cutting it close to the date it was to be gifted at a wedding and late the night before it was supposed to arrive I received notice it was delayed again. Neither package arrived in time for the wedding and the order was placed weeks ago. I still haven't seen the actual product and I had to purchase another last minute gift for the wedding. Now I have engraved glasses so I ship them to the wedding couple, too and look silly or keep them with an engraving that isn't our initials or wedding date. Don't make the same mistakes I did!
