I personally find that 18lb tissue paper is ideal for decoupage. The 10lb paper is much thinner, so it dries faster, which can lead to more wrinkles. The 18lb paper is a bit thicker, giving you more time to work with it and helping to reduce wrinkles..….🖤 NOTE 3.
