Great quality overall, wish I had the option to put it on a ceramic mug instead of a frosted mug and elect a bigger size. Overall, customization came out beautiful, in one corner of the mug the printing was a little fuzzier but other than that great!

I skimp on superlatives unless they’re true & this is the utmost-est, eye-catching, mesmeric, luminous, breath- taking & striking cup ever created. My M.D.’s 12-yr-old daughter will flip over it. I see her cartwheeling now. Observe the fluorescence of the kaleidoscopic letters on its frosted background…ooh-la-la! Are the ltrs carved from crackled ice or crystal? Hold it up to window or lug your mug onto porch~~it’s translucent & produces unique patterns & colors of lite. The reflections of ltrs makes “Sarah” look like it’s park-ed on a riverbank. How clever. I love this mug, not only because of the design, but the feel of it in hand is just wonderful. Its kinda silky, really a neat feel, not like every other mug I have. Its a little on the small size and I wish they had one bigger, but its a small detraction from an otherwise very cool mug. Printing turned out very clear and even the subtle colors of yellow and light gray were able to be seen.
