The ballet is based on Russian folk tales of the magical glowing bird of the same name that is both a blessing and a curse to its captor. The "Rite of Spring", original French title Le sacre du printemps (Russian: Весна священная, Vesna svyashchennaya), is a ballet with music by Igor Stravinsky.

I did not realize that the design was two sided, so I was pleasantly surprised. The colors were vibrant
