Thin Blue Line Custom Monogram Gunmetal Finish Cufflinks

It was my second order with Zazzle.com. I ordered custom round silver plated cufflinks for my husband's birthday. When I received the item, I was absolutely disappointed: the quality of printing was bad, the paper insert with the image was cut unevenly. I addressed a complaint to the customer service. I was pleasantly surprised about the way the tried to sort out my issue. Zazzle offered me 3 options: to return money, to replace the item or to return the funds to my Zazzle account so that I could use them within 48 hours (to get something else from Zazzle website). I chose the item's replacement as I still wanted to present these cufflinks to my husband. Zazzle also covered the shipping expenses (the standard one, to New York). When I received the item, I was really satisfied with the quality. It was in a good condition in comparison with what I received for the first time. However, please note that you should order the customized items in advance as it takes some time to produce and then to ship it (if you use the standard shipping). I can recommend Zazzle.com as they provide very interesting and customized items. Even if you have some issues, they will be resolved in a timely manner. I will rate the replaced item only: the quality was good, the colors were not faded.

We absolutely love these cufflinks! They are really great quality and made out of good material. Highly recommend! The photos I had selected to be printed on them look vibrant and the photos are covered in a glossy protective surface. My husband loved them as his wedding day present! The printing was on point. The crop was just as I had set it and the colors were fantastic.

This is so personal. My son will be so touched by this gift. His grandpa passed last year and I needed to make sure in some way he was represented. What better way to have my dad with him. Beautiful nicely made
