Keep your car well tuned and decrease using it for short trips when you can walk, skate board, ride your bike or jog to it. 6. Find a local organization that can help you make decisions on how you can live more cleanly and educate you on recycling. To make you more successful, do yourself a favor and don't try to do all these things all at once. You know the starfish story and the old adage "one day at a time".
