A cut and sew is a big piece of fabric, with patterns having it's pattern fabric art formatted specifically to fit within a direct type of craft accessory or home decor to make. The art fits within that sewing pattern already, with seam allowances, and instructions to follow ON THE FABRIC, with cuffs, for t-shirts, for example, on this fabric, sized to the piece, with areas on the pattern to pin and sew the velcro down as in the case of the reversible jacket vest.
