The mug looks great, exactly like on picture. The major problem for me is leaking lid, so I have to be careful not to split my drink all around me. The drinking holes even when they are closed they still leak. It doesn't keep drink as long as a expected maximum 2 hours. Apart from that it is great design and is quite nice big cup of lukewarm tea. The printing out is great! better than I expected, it doesn't look like cheap label at all! It is big and clear.
