A friend of mine in discussing the up and coming mothers day commented that he recieved mothers day cards on mothers day as he takes on BOTH roles in his childrens life......and i thought that i bet theres a lot of people out there that we need to CELEBRATE this mothers day with WHOEVER they are......in the mothering role. I salute you Steve Hester for this great idea...... i know as a single parent for many years how challenging and lonely a role it can be.... it takes a certain strength of character to go it alone.... i believe we all need to both support and celebrate mothers.....and fathers as mothers too.
