There are many stories about the daisy. In literature, Goethe immortalized the daisy when Marguerite needed to know if Faust・ her as she plucked the daisy petals and said, "He loves me. I love me not." Something many a young girl girl has donated. The daisy received its scientific name, Bellis, from mythology. It is said that the guardian deity of the orchards a young tree nymph without reciprocation. As she allows to escape him, the nymph asked gods for help. The powerful king of Argos was grandfather to the nymph, so when she appealed to the gods for help, they transformed her into a tiny named Bellis, allowing her to escape to the terrible fate. There's also Christian legend this cheerful flower. It tells that the Wise Men, while on their journey to find the Baby Jesus requested a sign to help them find the current birth place once in Jerusalem. They noticed many clusters of small, white, daisies near stable. Recognizing the flower's resemblance to the star overhead, they had found the Holy Family. The name, "Daisy" is thought to come from Anglo Saxon words "daes eage" meaning, literally, "day's eye". The daisy is, by some, to be the bringer of fortune and blissful pleasure. Others say it symbolizes innocence and purity. Along with the Sweet Pea, the Daisy is also one of APRIL's birth flowers. For such a simple little flower, the daisy has a long, impressive list of stories surrounding it. Here, it is represented in these stunning, multicolored blooms. These hand towels are excellent they are heavy duty and thick the color is nice and does not fade very high-quality not cheap terry cloth 100% cotton. The printing was excellent the colors are vibrant and look vintage like they should

The towel is great! Back and front are made differently. Front is like plush, it still wipes out moist very well which in my opinion is rare. The quality is perfect! The metallic colors are not visible after printing. Design is very close to the original. I thought that colors will be stronger as on the image but they are not, which is also good.
Two of the pics look yellowish because of the lighting in my bathroom. You can see how it looks in real on the third one.

I ordered these towels because I am getting ready to stage my house for sale and wanted some really pretty towels to show off the bathroom. These are an absolutely perfect match for the teal walls and I could not be more pleased. Not only do they look beautiful, they also seem to be very good quality. They are different than any other towels I've had, as the surface fibers are not looped. I love that because I have never liked how most towels have loops that snag and pull no matter how careful you are. I pre-washed them and they came out beautifully. The towels are generously sized and they don't feel flimsy at all. I did not read the description well enough to understand I was paying as much as I was paying for just exactly what was pictured: not a set of two, but a single towel, hand towel and washcloth, so they are way more expensive than I thought (which was a lot, considering). However, I still love them enough that I went ahead and ordered a single additional bath towel so that I would have an actual set, but will need to buy a couple of solid color washcloths. Pricing is weird, because a single wash cloth is priced higher than a large bath towel?? Anyway, if you can afford them, these towels are fantastic. I would never pay this much except to show off a house for sale, but now that I've done it I will love them in my new home as well. Gorgeous! Vibrant Colors and exactly as pictured,..maybe evern better!
