This big cat was pacing restlessly around in his cage, but he did stop once, and our eyes locked through the chain link during this moment. There is something so visceral about making a connection with wildlife.

I've used lots of different placemats for my cat but having one with her name on it makes me smile. I especially like that it's reversible. one side has a dark background and one side has a light one. It's easy to wipe clean. And my Lily, for some unknown reason, likes to scratch the placemat after she eats. None of the scratching has cut into the mat so far. The printing is expertly done.
