I actually love the cups & the art work on them HOWEVER- I RESENT & HATE having to soak the cup in bleach water to get the unreasonable stains out of it every time I have a cup of coffee !You could never serve them to anyone without doing that. Regular soap & water just doesn't do it. If you want to go to all that trouble they are a great cup & perfect size for you ! I even called the Zazzle cust. service & basically go no where constructive except an apology. So the cups are just sitting around not being used because I don't have the time to waste on them with ever use. Printing on it was cute & quality

My husband had been complaining that all my coffee mugs were too small. I bought him the jumbo mug for Christmas and he loves it. The cup is made nicely and is not too heavy. The mug came in a box about 3 times the size of it. It was wrapped in several feet of large bubble pack. Thankfully that kept it from any shipping damage. I was a little worried when the heavy clear packing tape was taped right over my image but I was able to slowly peel it away and nothing was damaged. The printing is excellent. I am thrilled to see how clear the image printed. There do not appear to be any defects in the printing. The printing is smooth and seamless on the cup. I love how it turned out.

Quality exceeded my expectations - strong and sturdy. This mug will hold 16 FL.OZ. (473mL) with enough room left at the top without causing overflow or spilling while walking. Image quality and colors are lovely and sized accordingly to size of mug.
