Unfortunately this is why Amazon will own the world. Zazzle makes it impossible to return a product and get a refund if the product does not meet expectations. The quality of this poof is very CHEAP and not at all what I expected. Have spent countless hours trying to return and get a refund. Obviously I have spent more in time than the value of the return, but now it is principle. Be warned of buying anything on Zazzle. Impossible to return and get refund! Bottom line I will never buy from this site again. Cheap and poor quality
