About This Design
Uncle Sam wants you! Invitation
This design is cutsomizable, so you can put your own personalized text (party information on the back of the invitation) on the product. This design shows a classical artwork of Uncle Sam poiting his finger on you. It uses the vintage color mix of blue and white with a red bow tie. It does not feature the modern portrayals with the white-red striped clothing. Unlce Sam is a very common personification of the US government. The name Uncle Sam was mentioned as early as 1775, but it got really popular and famous for recruiting soldiers for wars. The colors used for the letterings are the official US flag colors. Red stands for valor, bravery and sacrifice. White stands for purity, innocence and peace. Blue stands for vigilance, perseverance and justice.

I absolutely LOVE these! The colors are beautiful for a fall couples wedding shower! I added a couple pictures of my son proposing on the back to give these a special little detail. Since my son and his fiancé love outdoor adventures these invitations fit their personalities perfectly. Zazzle delivered quickly and the quality feels great. I thought of changing the paper but I’m so happy I didn’t.

These invitations are fantastic! Great quality, arrived quickly, and simply beautiful! I framed one and displayed it at my daughter's shower. Everyone wanted to keep it, including the Bride to be, so I did this for others too! Thank you so very much for this perfect invitation!
