Underground Railroad Abolitionist Harriet Tubman Ring
"I was the conductor of the Underground Railroad for eight years, and I can say what most conductors can't say — I never ran my train off the track and I never lost a passenger. ~ Harriet Tubman, 1896" Harriet Tubman was an American abolitionist and social activist. Born into slavery, Tubman escaped and subsequently made some 13 missions to rescue approximately 70 slaves, including family and friends, using the network of antislavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad. I like the product very much, but the photo and text are so tiny that you almost need a magnifying glass to see it clearly. In the future, I will crop the photo down to just a face. The workmanship and quality of the ring over all is just fine. I had no complaints.
