Printed areas are translucent: No white ink underbase will be printed under images and text, which will allow various levels of light to pass through printed areas on the decal. This means you will be able to partially see through art and text printed on the decal.

Bought for our big day on 11/16/24 only to find the decal came apart from the transparent film in pieces when peeling it back. Worked with it carefully for an hour including going to YouTube for instructions. Finally gave up didn’t peel the rest because it would have looked horrible. Cost a lot of money for poor quality. Need better print design process.
