Uptite Records T-Shirt
Uptite Records was a short-lived subsidiary of Fania Records that was established in 1968 to specialize in Soul and R&B music, specifically in light of the success of their breakout act, Joe Bataan. The Uptite imprint was strictly used for single releases only. Any subsequent album releases were released straight on the Fania label proper. Uptite was discontinued after a two-year run.

The shirt is good quality and fits just fine, but the colors of the printing are not as bright as in the sample photo. Not the best. The colors are a lot brighter in the sample photo; when I received the shirt they appeared faded. The red looks a little more pink and the blue is a lot lighter. N.B. I did not wash the shirt yet.
