The Rehnberg Memorial Window was created by Rockford, Illinois, artist, Frank Houtkamp, in 1974, on commission from the family of Axel Fritiof Rehnberg (1883-1966), an inventor and co-founder of Rehnberg-Jacobsen Manufacturing.

The Eight-Spoked Wheel Buddhism
The Yin and Yang Taoism
The Star of David Judaism
The Sign of Ohm Hinduism
The Star and Crescent Islam
The interlocking of the six circular representations of the six major religions of the world indicated that they all share in the same quest for meaning.
The central symbol of the Flaming Chalice represents Unitarian Universalism’s willingness to accept whatever insight each of the major traditions may offer – as well as a determination to explore all new claims to truth and understanding.

These are really little gems! They're small enough to be handy, yet large enough to be seen. One set is on the refrigerator (surprise, right?), and of the other set, I'm giving three away as gifts and one is on my front door, where I can put papers I need to take with me when I go out or reminders. The quality is excellent -- very strong magnet and nice quality stone. The design is beautiful! I liked it on the computer screen and love it in person. The image on screen doesn't really do it justice -- they're better in person!
