This design features the national flag of the First East Turkestan Republic, which was a short-lived breakaway Islamic republic founded in 1933. The flag is known as Kökbayraq (Көкбайрақ), which means "sky flag" or "blue flag". The flag features a white crescent (waxing moon) on a light blue background. The flag is used today as a symbol of the East Turkestan independence movement. It has been used by Uyghur activists in protests against China's re-education camp system in Xinjiang. I uploaded a picture of my blue chow, and the screen print was incredible. the back side of the stocking was the red and black checkered print. my puppy's name was also printed on the cuff of the stocking.
