The inside material is black and overall the fabric weight and workmanship are excellent, with a smooth running zipper and crisp, straight stitching. I couldn't be happier! I am the artist/designer of Kiss and Makeup, so I'm very picky about how the colors and printing look, and it's a perfect match to my original artwork. It's very crisp and vibrant. Even the small details, like the crosshatching on the roses shows up. The photo is of the exact bag, taken with a "smart" phone. :)
