The item was great … sadly it arrived damaged .. judging from the way it was damaged ups did a horrid job … box was bent , stepped on , opened and retapped … the was no time for saddle to send me a new one but they refunded me the price of the item … great customer service…. The time was perfect

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
