The delicate black and white vintage botanical drawing of the carnivorous plant is by artist Isaac Sprague, from The Genera of the Plants of the United States, published in 1849, author Asa Gray.
The Venus Flytrap, scientific name Dionaea muscipula, catches and digests its prey in the trapping structure, which is formed by the terminal part of the plants leaves, and is triggered by tiny hairs on their inner surfaces. Native to coastal North and South Carolina, it grows in open bogs. It is also a popular cultivated plant.

Absolutely love it! My dad has an HHR SS Panel, which was an extremely limited production vehicle (just over 200 made). So of course finding him anything with HIS vehicle on it is quite difficult. Definitely a gift he is going to love for sure! Image quality looks great! Can’t comment yet on how well it will holds after multiple trips through washing and drying, but it appears as though this should hold up pretty decent. Doesn’t feel stiff like some other name brands I’ve bought in the past that did not survive the best.

I am happy with my purchase. The tee shirt is a nice quality. Not too thin, but not high end. It is what I had expected. I am happy with the color and the design. I am giving it as a gift, so I don't yet know anything about fading. The sizing looks to be true. The printing looks very nice. The colors are not bright, which is what I was expecting.
