Note that the dog is on both sides of the pillow, in mirror image, and that the background on one side is pink, on the other it's yellow.. Note also that my store has identical pillows with this image, but with a pink background on both sides, and another identical pillow with yellow background on both sides. This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
