Victorian Flower Strewn Transferware 1880s Repro Ceramic Tile

Reproduced from a tile in our collection, this hand colored transferware (aka "print and tint") Victorian tile is a beauty! Nice enough to frame and hang on a wall, use as a wall tile, trivet, coaster, or place it on a small easel as an object d'art. Also makes great accent tiles for backsplashes, table tops, and similar projects. Need ideas? tiles look great on stair risers too!

Ceramic Tile, 4.25" x 4.25"
From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
