A neat image from an 1880s magazine in my possession. The mag also had a print ‘Young America in the City,’ but alas, that one didn’t reproduce well, and was also kind of ugly. I wanted happier curtains in this window so I made a seamless repeat in the things and colors that make me happy and ordered them in this tapestry then made curtain rod pockets. I love how it came out and I can use the fabric to make something else when I’m tired of them. Excellent. The colors are bright and look great the fabric is soft and hangs well.
