The product arrived in a hard poster tube without any problems or noticeable damage. I had a promo code from Klout to receive a free item. I didn't have to contact support and can't comment on that. The print looked great. I chose the premium canvas option. There was no visible damage, swearing, smudging, etc. The colors looked good and the canvas was a thick material. I haven't ordered a lot of posters before, and am no expert on quality, but I'd definitely buy from Zazzle again.

This poster exceeded my expectations! It was packaged perfectly and arrived flawless!! The colors were vibrant and I was super happy with it! I bought a frame for it the same day and hung it on my wall :). The colors and image quality were great! I liked the matte finish a lot. I'm definitely going to use zazzle again!
