Vincent van Gogh - The Yellow House (The Street) Invitation

The Yellow House (aka The Street) (1888) by Vincent van Gogh is a vintage Post Impressionism fine art architectural daily life painting. The house was in the town of Arles, France and van Gogh rented 4 rooms in the right wing of the building. Paul Gaugin lived in van Gogh's guest room for 9 weeks. The left wing of the building housed a grocery. The building went through several renovations before it was severely damaged in a bombing raid by the Allies during WWII and was later demolished. About the artist: Vincent Willem van Gogh (1853-1890) was a Post Impressionist painter whose work was most notable for its rough beauty, emotional honesty, and bold color.

Product arrived earlier than expected as well as the cards look exactly like the requested work. The card was not cheap and is good quality work. I am very pleased with the work. No smudges or runs, I am glad I added the pearl coating to the top of the card.
