Vintage 1906 Naples California Construction Print
This vintage look print is a re-creation of an actual ad that appeared in the Los Angeles Herald in 1906 for the opening of the Naples California project by Arthur Parson. The print measures 12" by 16" and can be enlarged to 18" by 24" and is presented here on poster paper. It is a standard size for framing and you can frame it yourself or add a frame right here. It is recommended that you upgrade to heavy duty matte if framing as a print. This print would be a great addition to any home or office in the area of Naples, Long Beach. Naples is a neighborhood of Long Beach, California and was built on three islands located in Alamitos Bay. In 1903 Arthur Parson built the islands of Naples in the marshy Bixby Slough of the artificial Alamitos Bay, in the mouth of the San Gabriel River. The ad, in part, reads - There is nothing on earth that furnishes a parallel to Naples. It will be the showcase of Southern California. Famed on two continents for its dazzling array of attractions. Not cheap tinsel attractions of a tin-horn and tinsel character, but solid, enduring, artistic and unique, coupled with that wonderful expanse of still water covering 13 miles. I was so amazed at how this all turned out. Everyone who attended the funeral was in awe of how beautiful it was made.
And I owe it all to Zazzle. I wouldn’t have done it better myself not to mention I wouldnt have time to do it.
The great part of it all was they had templates that was catered to my needs and that I could use it in ways I wanted to use to resize it my way. It took some time but I was happy it turned out great. I did 100 photos, 89, 66 photos (I think) lol templates.
The only suggestion is that the templates, before sending through would tell you of errors like; saying please revise or resize it again for any photos that is not perfectly well sitting or not show it’s cutting off some of them and where it tells you there’s duplicates.
Staring, placing and resizing all 100 + pictures into the template can be tiresome and overwhelming and it makes my eyes blurred that I can’t tell if they’re cutting off or overlapping or duplicates.
Overall I am very pleased and will be using Zazzle again should the need arises.

Altogether I’ve done 3 collages 1 profile picture and couple pictures with 1 frame and yet this is my first time ordering as a 1 time customer.
Prices were very reasonable and accommodating to my finances.

Fun bright artwork that really captures the mood I’m going for! Pop art with cyberpunk energy. A little sweet but also spicy. This art is the perfect size and vibe for our art gallery wall. I went with the semi-gloss finish, which adds a little extra shine and thickness to the print making it excellent for high-traffic areas like the staircase wall.
