Vintage - Antique Kitchen Cooking Mug
The Gibson-type woman in the vintage image on this mug was scanned from a 1909 recipe book. The aproned chef is peeling potatoes and is surrounded by fresh-from-the-garden vegetables on the table, in baskets behind her, one her lap, and in a yellow ware bowl on the floor by her feet. The vintage kitchen and activity bring a warm nostalgia to this sweet mug. The 'Mug Options' tab will allow personalization of the mug, but the handle and rim decoration were selected because they give the mug the appearance of an old tin drinking cup. Fill the mug with mixes for drinks or food and bundle it all with a (new or repro) yellow ware bowl, for a unique gift for your favorite cook. They came out beautifully and my sisters and Mom were very touched! See for yourself in my picture attached! 2 out of 4 were Perfect! The printing turned out badly for 2 of 4 and they were also broken in shipping. Zazzle was amazing and shipped out 2 new replacements that were perfect!! So 4 out of 4 were perfect!
