Zazzle gets A++++. I mistakenly put the incorrect address for delivery. When my friend didn't get the card, i explained what happened and was willing to reorder. They said, That's ok, we'll send another and they did FOR FREE. NOW THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
