The invitations are on a solid cardstock, with a matte print that is somewhat soft to the touch. I love them! Plan early if you can, and take advantage of one of Zazzle's discount promotions (I got 75% off the first time I ordered them, 50% off the second time), and there's no doubt that they're worth the price. When I received the printed invitations, I found that the front had printed sideways, in landscape orientation, leaving two gaping white rectangles on either side of the graphic! Yikes! Before I ordered, after I had all the text settings to my liking, I shared a link to my product with some friends. I'm glad I did, because at least I was able to get the feedback from them how easy it was to have missed that the orientation had (somehow) been set to landscape ~ the white blanks of the image blended way too well with the background the full image was presented on. But, it was still my oversight. Zazzle customer service was amazing, and even though I failed to double (or maybe triple, or quadruple?) check the settings, they gave me my choice of a store credit or a full refund so I could correct my mistake, and reorder. No questions, no hassle. Thank you!! I absolutely recommend them!

I had to re-order my invitations because of overlooking that the front image was set to landscape, instead of portrait, orientation ~ which left two gaping white rectangles on either side of the image! Hopefully Zazzle will do something to make this a little more obvious (the image was displayed on a white background, so it was not obvious even after double- and triple-checking my order). Fortunately, Zazzle customer service was AMAZING, and they issued my choice of a full refund or store credit, so I could correct my mistake and re-order. The printing itself was much higher quality than I've received from another web-based printing service. The images were perfectly centered, and clean cut. I highly recommend Zazzle, both for the quality of their work, and their stellar customer service.

After cruising the Internet for weeks for an invitation to an 85th birthday party for a life-long car enthusiast, we landed at Zazzle. All our guests raved about the invitation: a racy exotic car that said it all and helped set the theme for the event. Who ever knows what to expect when ordering online from a new company? The high caliber of the card stock and print job were a great relief. Moreover, the order was executed quickly and efficiently. We were so pleased that we used Zazzle soon after for another print job.
