Vintage 1920s or 1930s art deco travel advert by the London, Nothern and Eastern Railway for their famous train The Flying Scotsman, with apologies (because they are better) to their competitors Southern Railway.
A little girl is looking up at the giant train, while the train driver is shouting something to her through a megaphone.
Onthe train there's the text: Take me by The Flying Scotsman. Leaves King's Cross at 10 AM every weekday.
The Flying Scotsman is an express passenger train service that has been running between London and Edinburgh—the capitals of England and Scotland respectively—since 1862. It is currently operated by East Coast.
