Figuring out some of the customization was challenging. Watch the text box names. Some of them all had the same name so when you tried to change the text in one it changed the text in all of them. I ended up deleting some text boxes and making new ones. We enjoyed the ticket a lot and it's nice and big so people don't lose them. The printing turned out excellent. The text was crisp and easy to read and the colors looked as we expected.
