These are mainly illustrations of birds by Hattori Sessai, a natural history painter active in the late Yedo period.

I turned an old refrigerator box into a bookshelf in a guest bedroom / reading room. The paper went on clean, the ink did not run when finish was applied. I love the way it turned out! Sharp, no muddied spots
