It’s Dec15,2020 I still don’t have this product. I place an order on 11/27/20 for a birthday present praying to have it before or on Dec 8,2020, the first email stated it would arrived on 12/09/20.
I was ok with that 1 day behind schedule. But then I get a tracking updated it will me later, then another tracking stating it’s in Illinois then shipped from Illinois then shipped to Grand Rapid Michigan. This is Ridiculous! I will never order from this platform every again . Service is horrible no communication. No communication until a week later through a tracking number that went through Illinois package sent to another state.Horrible Horrible Horrible EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!

Great price for a very nice product. Arrived a day early - unheard of these days. The outside gold area has a little more orange tone to it than shown in the picture. Great packing so product can't get damaged. I used the same packing to forward the clock to my brother and sister-on-law for the 50th wedding anniversary. Printing was just as expected - lovely!
