Vintage Kodiak Salmon Label Sherpa Blanket
A label from a can of mythical Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon circa 1879. The monochrome (brown) image features a Kodiak Bear (Ursus arctos middendorffi) and a Sockeye Salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka). Text reading "Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon" and other information about the mythical Afognak Packing Company and how to prepare the fish.
It is rare to find a label this old in such good condition. There is only minor discoloration, and a small tear in the upper left corner.

My daughter is a huge Sesame Street fan, and her favorite is Oscar. For her birthday I wanted to get her something special with Oscar and this blanket is perfect!! It is a nice size and super soft and comfy! She takes her nap and goes to sleep with it every day, definitely worth every dollar!! I was a little skeptical about how the actual image would come out, but after receiving the blanket I couldnt be more pleased. The colors are bright and the image is sharp. The details are amazing!!
