I ordered five of these - there are a lot of librarians in my life! The quality was great and each one looked as good as the others. All of them were great, except one had a few fuzzies that seemed to have gotten stuck in the glossy coating, but it's hardly noticeable.

Really like this ornament. My son is a Freshman in College and is a starter for his baseball team. Unfortunately, 1 week after I recieved the order my son informed there was a mix up with the numbers and he didn't get 27 after all lol.. But that's not the fault of this company.
