A lovely under the sea mermaid party design I adapted from a vintage storybook page illustration. I cleaned it up, digitized and colorized it then mirrored it to fit the size of the paper. The scene is a lovely golden haired mermaid swimming and playing her harp in her underwater habitat with her fish and sea life friends. Perfect for your decoupage craft projects.
