Although this art work has the look and feel of the psychedelic seventies with the bright, vibrant contrasting colors, it was actually created in the Victorian era seventies (ca. 1875) by Louis Wain. I just got my Sheltie jean jacket and I have to say the size chart was a little big. I had my dog names put on it chose blue. I expected the letters larger which is why I close blue so they would stand out. The size they are I can hardly read them. The jacket is great but I am not happy with it, Thank You MARY.
