I thought the site was easy to use to create it. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time as far as shipping. Also, the sunflower seed packets you will need to buy separately. I got a bulk order on Amazon. .

The product itself was great; however, it took over a month to get to me. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say that it would take 10-12 business days to process and I was told on numerous occasions that they were working on it.
