Vintage Red Roses and Baby’s Breath tile. Oil painting on canvas circa 1900. French artist Paul de Longpre was famous for his beautiful flower paintings that he completed at his villa in Hollywood California. The artist was celebrated for his use of light and silky textures, especially when it came to roses and other common garden flowers. From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
