vintage string light shimmering wedding programs

From the bottom of my heart...I want to say how fabulously professional and prompt Zazzle support member Kevin was!! It's not often that people these days will take the time and initiative to go above and beyond their job requirements to help someone. Customers are people! and I always say, "people matter"! As the crazy, crying, heartbroken, not-so-computer-savvy, mother-of-the bride, Kevin could easily have said to me..."Ma'am...perhaps you should have started/ordered a little sooner, and this would all be a moot point..." but he didn't!!!! He worked away, moving heaven and earth to give us a shot at receiving our programs before the wedding, all the while listening to me sob sadly on the other end of the phone at the mistake I had made when first ordering these beautiful wedding programs! He talked me through it all, explained what happened, centered everything, gave me a coupon, took my new order over the phone, and sent me his email. I NEVER expected any or all of that! The programs were printed, shipped and arrived in less than 20 hours to our little tiny florist in a remote little town in WV! The florist then brought them to us Saturday, the next morning, on my daughter's wedding day as they began to decorate...I honestly NEVER thought they'd make it in time for the wedding ceremony on Saturday!! At best, I hoped to have a keepsake post-wedding to share! These wedding programs were absolutely GORGEOUS!! I loved them! The quality was so amazing as was the cost - they exceeded my expectations! Order with confidence from Zazzle!! They are a company where quality AND customer service still comes first!

The quality of this product is wonderful. I got these for my wedding in a few weeks and they looked just like the picture. I didn't realize they were so big but I actually like the size and now couldn't seeing having it any smaller. Image and design were just as expected. I do think they should add a little sparkle or something to make the lights on the front side stand out more.

Product came fast and was very easy to change the wording to match my needs. Worth paying and little bit extra for the matte finish. The ink wasn’t smeared at all, the papers were wrapped in plastic for safe keeping and cleanliness. All came with envelopes
