The cards are beautiful and exactly as I ordered. Unfortunately, I originally received another person's cards (I called her and she received yet another person's cards--not mine). The wait time for customer service was 18 minutes. The agent did rectify the problem quickly and expedited the shipment of the correct cards, so I received them 2 days later. I have had good experiences with Zazzle in the past and will try them again next time. The wait time to speak to an agent was my biggest complaint. Again, beautiful, accurate product. Perfect and beautiful, exactly as I ordered.
