Wayside Grist Mill Sudbury MA Jigsaw Puzzle
I took this photograph in the Spring when my family went to visit this beautiful historic grist mill. Located in Sudbury MA, the Wayside Grist Mill was originally opened in 1929. It was built under the direction of the former owner of the Wayside Inn, Henry Ford, the automobile maker. The mill is water powered and run by two separate grinding wheel stones to produce the corn meal and wheat flour that is still used today in Longfellow's Wayside Inn's baked goods. This charming mill is the perfect place for a family picnic to enjoy the beauty of nature and the sunshine. It is one of the most photographed historic places in the United States.
