My prayers are with you, and my hopes are that you stay strong which is easy to say and sometimes not to be, but that's okay too ... Let friends and family help. After a very protected life, I'm going through my own unbelievable tragic 5 years that just keep crashing like a bad auto accident ( https://www.pinterest.com/zazzler/boards/ ), and a good friend and her husband are always offering to help me do things; yet, up until my parents' deaths, I had family to work with, up until a very serious spine injury after that needing a horrid operation that can only be done a few places in the USA (with no help financially from work where it happened) - all the past 4.5 years - I was the picture of physical strength and health (and won't accept not being again although I'll never get over the deaths of my parents), and I hate to take my friend's time when she has family, children, grandchildren, works, and her husband has his own health problems. So I didn't accept any offers until one day she, a very devoted Christian, said to me, "As my friend, why do you constantly rob us of the BLESSING of helping you?". So there you have it ... : ) That's a good friend, and friends do want to help you, so don't rob them of that!
