Weather manipulation a new kind of war. Weather modification can destroy the enemy, create artificial floods, hurricanes like that of Hurricane Katrina, cyclones and typhoons. The Air Force issued a research report in August, 1996 titled: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. We hear that Global Warming is caused by humans but what about Global Warming caused by Military?
